NOX VANTA is an interactive entertainment platform that provides immersive digital experiences, including but not limited to: virtual environments, digital artwork, interactive narratives, and themed entertainment services.

ENTERTAINMENT DISCLAIMER: All services offered through NOX VANTA, including but not limited to "Blood Rites," "Offerings," ritual performances, and any services described as mystical, spiritual, or supernatural in nature, are provided strictly for entertainment purposes only.

We make no claims, representations, or guarantees regarding:

• Any supernatural, paranormal, or metaphysical effects
• The manifestation of desires, wishes, or intentions
• Any tangible real-world outcomes or results
• The existence or efficacy of any spiritual or mystical practices
• Any effects on health, wealth, relationships, or life circumstances

By purchasing any service, you acknowledge and agree that you are paying for an entertainment experience and creative artistic performance only. No actual supernatural, spiritual, or mystical services are being provided.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service and make purchases. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Purchases and Payments

All purchases made through the Service are processed via third-party payment processors (currently Coinbase Commerce). By making a purchase, you agree to the terms and conditions of the applicable payment processor.

All sales are final. Due to the immediate delivery nature of our digital entertainment services, refunds are generally not provided. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
